Biomass fuel pellets are a renewable, clean-burning, and cost-stable
home heating alternative. There are currently more than 1,000,000
homes in North American using pellets for heat in
freestanding stoves, corn stoves, fireplace inserts and biomass
furnaces. Pellet fuel for heating can also be found in such
large-scale environments as schools, government
buildings, and prisons.
 MnVAP
sells biomass fuel pellets in clean, easy
to handle 40 lb. bags, by the ton, in 2000
lb. tote bags, and bulk by the truck load.
Our pellets are low moisture which maximizes energy output.
This means you carry LESS fuel and get MORE heat. One
bag of pellet fuel equals 2.3 gallons of oil or 3.5 gallons
of LP gas. In fact, if you compare the costs for other heating
fuels generating 1 million BTUs, you will clearly see that

In
addition, MnVAP pellets
have a 10-15% higher energy concentration
than shell corn, and contain a lower moisture level for more
consistent burns, especially at low temperature settings.
The sulfur levels are also lower than shell corn, reducing
the corrosion of exhaust pipes.
